A Special Occasion cake needs to taste as good, if not better, than it looks. New flavours are being added all the time, and I am happy to create a flavour of your choice, if it is not listed. Special dietary requirements are catered for including Vegan, Dairy and Gluten Free.

Icings and Fillings: Icings are either soft or firm.
Soft icings include Buttercream, Coffee Buttercream, Lemon Zest Buttercream, Orange Zest Buttercream, Creamed Cheese, Chocolate or White Chocolate Ganache, Whipped Cream with or without fresh Berries.
Firm icings include Royal Icing and Fondants available in White, Ivory, Chocolate and a range of colours.
